Dealing with the Pool Guy makes you feel like your there only customer. The one on one attention you get is unbelievable. I never once felt rushed or pressured no matter how big or small my requests were. These guys are the best! Customer service was impeccable from the office staff to the guys laboring in the pool. The owners Rawlin Johnson and Dwayne LaIande are a part of your project from day one and are physically on site making sure everything is done properly. Even Tim there right hand man took time to explain and answer my sometimes odd but curious questions to the fullest!! Great group of guys!!
I wish more company’s were run like the Pool Guy! Only suggestion to anyone looking to have a pool built. The Weather is not cooperative and unexpected rain will delay you pool. Remember the pool guy has to work around the rain and all weather conditions! Be patient and remember quality takes a little longer. If you use the Pool Guy, I can assure you he will get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible.
