We bought our new portable hot tub from Softub Express and could not be happier. The website was easy to use and select options. Support was excellent and we had our tub in no time. We didn’t truly realize how portable these tubs are. So easy to roll and use, especially when compared with our old acrylic hot tub.

We bought a soft tub from our local dealer several years ago. When the power pack stopped functioning we figured it was beyond warranty, but that a factory representative might be able to fix it. We drove all the way to Rochester and they told us they would have to test it and would call us with the results. When they called they said it was junk and asked if we wanted to come get it or they would toss it. We decided to forget it. I reached out to SoftTub at the end of June, 2020. I texted back and forth with Jennifer about my wish to have a 6' SofTub. Even though stock was low because of the Pandemic, she found that they did have what I was looking for and within a week's time it was in my backyard. Jennifer was very helpful and got the delivery done quickly!!!
