After discussing with different pool builders, we went with McKinney Custom Pools (MCP) because they offered a better value in their pool packages. Their selection of tiles, copings, plasters, decking, and the type of pool equipment offered was well received. MCP did a great job incorporating our vision into the pool design and orienting the overall design to accommodate our small backyard. Our pool was finished a few weeks ago and I can’t say enough good things. The office picked up every time I called to ask questions. If they didn’t know the answer they got back to us pretty quickly. Jeremy was super patient while I obsessed over the colors/tile selections, then changed my mind 5 different times. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would totally recommend McKinney pools and their crews. Thanks so much guys!
We read countless horror stories about pool companies so we did our homework before choosing McKinney. (Boy am I glad we did!) McKinney delivered a high-quality pool that was on budget and under time. Their communication, professionalism, and product was (and is) perfect. I can’t recommend this company enough.

These guys were great to work with! Jeremy, Aaron, Anya and the office were awesome! No delays with sub contractors or equipment shortages. We saw lots of horror stories from people that used other builders and were still waiting 8 months later for completion. These guys were in and out in 6 weeks and communicated the whole time and let us know what contractor was coming out next. Very pleased with our build. Not only did McKinney work with us to build an awesome pool, but they advocated on our behalf with Hayward to replace our pool vac which after almost 3 years stopped working. While Hayward was prepared to replace the motor, basket and cord (for the 2nd time), Jeremy went “to bat” for us and convinced them to replace our faulty vacuum with a brand NEW one!!!
Highly recommend McKinney pools! Great service from beginning to end! We made a few changes along the way and they were very happy to help us make our pool how we wanted! Anya, Jeremy, Jacey, and Aaron were great to work with ! They have an app where you you can ‘track’ progress of the work and communicate with them! Which was so great ! Thank you for making our pool just how we wanted !
