We take a somewhat different approach. We are very pleased.. LeAnna did 3-D pictures for us, even with two labs in the back; so cute.. Their professionalism and quick response was impressive and our pool is amazing.. Joel (landscaper) just finish his work and it is very very nice as well. Looking forward to many years of fun..

A big THANK YOU to @Cypress Custom Pools for recently completing our backyard project! It started with a dream on a piece of paper, followed by several pool builder interviews, and the hardest step of all: choosing the best pool builder to fit our needs. After six weeks, the project is completed, and we couldn’t be happier! As first timers owning a pool, Cypress Customs Pools guided us through the process with a great deal of patience! We would like to recognize the amazing job of a group of hard-working individuals that were behind this project: Brian, Gary, Joe, Ruben, Sammy, Kyle and Susan and also thanking all the different wonderful crews that worked in the house and make this project a reality. We can’t say enough of the professionalism and detail-oriented efforts; you guys made this dream possible!

I would highly recommend Cypress Pools for your next pool project. We had a larger project than most. Our sloping back yard made it ideal for a lot of exterior stone work and an infinity edge. We also installed a spa and an outdoor kitchen. The design LeAnna came up with was head and shoulders above anything else we saw from other Pool Companies. This was our first pool and we always dreamed of having one. Brian and LeAnna were very helpful and responsive. Brian’s decades of experience in this business, definitely shines through. He helped us with key decisions needed to make our dream a reality.
AJ was always there when we needed him. The crews were artisans and very professional. At the end of the project, Kyle was very helpful in setting up and showing us the pool equipment.
The pool size/shape is perfect, the equipment works like it’s supposed to, the spa is gorgeous, the stone work is amazing, the swim up bar is outstanding, the outdoor kitchen is more than we expected, the multiple deck levels provide a very elegant touch, you can gaze at the infinity edge forever, and the lighting is spectacular.
It’s clear that Cypress Pools takes just as much pride and ownership in the finished project as we do. We couldn’t be happier.

I wanted to give a special thanks to Cypress Custom Pools. Their customer service is superb! I had my main pool pump drive kit die on me right before going out of town for a week for Thanksgiving break. Perfect timing...ugh! When I called Cypress Custom Pools and told them what I was up against, they swung into high gear by making calls and immediately checking to see if the product was under warranty, scheduling a service repair, and made numerous prompt follow up calls to assure me that help was on the way. They reactivate fast, were pleasant to deal with, and were really sensitive to the fact that I was heading out for vacation and they knew I didn’t want to return home to find a green pool!!! I don’t post much on Facebook, but I had to give recognition for the excellent customers service I received. Cypress Custom Pools is a Top Class Pool Builder, and they have proven to me that they are a reliable and dependable company to work with.

Gary and staff were phenomenal! Wonderful customer experience. They were supportive the entire process pre/post build. Seamless project management. Build was done under 5 weeks. Gary was more than patient and did not rush our decision (made it to 60th+ revision by the time it was over 😬). It's a huge investment for our family so I wanted it just right. Highly recommend them to all our family, friends, neighbors considering a pool. Thank you to their entire staff. #staycation #custompool #firewaterbowls

We had our pool built this summer. Cypress Custom started digging on July 18. We were swimming August 18th. Gary Curiel designed and gave us exactly what we wanted. Joe Ortez was overseeing the project throughout. This process couldn't gave been any better. We love It!!!

We had our pool built by Cypress Custom Pools, and had the best experience. They worked with us throughout the whole process from beginning to end. We had a wonderful experience with our pool build in conjunction with our house build. It was great to have a turn-key move-in where we could just jump right into the pool. The quality of build and customer service is beyond excellent! My pool is my oasis!
