The process was easy from start to finish. We’ve done several construction jobs before so I was expecting the same old frustrations, but I’ve not had any through this experience. Really happy with everything and the pool looks beautiful.

Wow this unbelievable! I never thought I can make real money from Forex trading. I thought everyone on the platform were just scammers who have no human feelings . I got scammed a few times. Please be careful while investing I know there are real Managers and I have met one. I have just completed the construction of my pool and outdoor kitchen with Cypress Custom Pools. I could not be happier with the overall process, customer service and quality of the material and final product.
It was a successful experience thanks to the great team in Cypress Custom Pools. It started with Gary Curiel quickly presenting us with a design that clearly captured our wish list as well as with the most affordable conditions compared to all of the other builders I got quotes from. Then when construction started we were well taken care by Joe Ortez the project manager for this job. Joe is fantastic! During our first meeting he walked me through all of the steps of the construction with a very detailed timetable for completion which he constantly stayed on top of. Great communications skills, letting me know the status of each phase of the project. This was really critical for us to stay within the initial expectation set of the completion of the project. Later, we had Martin and his crew working on the pergola and outdoor kitchen. Those guys work non-stop to get the project completed on time.
I wish Cypress Custom Pools the very best success as a key Pool builder company attending our community.

Leanna was our designer! She did an amazing job! Our pool was completed in June 2021, just in time for summer! They worked quick and everything came out perfect! It took approximately 2 months to complete! Our pool is everything we imagined and more! Cypress Custom Pools was very professional and quick to respond to our questions/concerns through the process!

Our overall pool build with CCP’s was great! Started with Gary putting our needy vision together. He’s a very professional designer that listens! Right before our dig Joe our project manager came by and walked us through the whole process from dig to pool school and answered all our questions. Joe did an outstanding job managing the project, daily at times and kept in constant communication the whole time which was huge considering my husband questions everything. :) Joe truly was the MVP on this project. It was impressive seeing him coordinate all the subs and fulfilling his 6-8 week timeline for completion. Guillermo and Kyle completed the great experience. Guillermo was very informative as he serviced the pool and Kyle did a great job telling us how to maintain our new investment. Thank you CCP’s for building our pool that will bring us tons fun and memories! We highly recommend you all to our friends and family.
